1. Who is eligible to book the Home Check-In service?
Home Check-In service is available to all passengers flying from Sharjah Airport on selected airlines (listed separately) Our team will check you in from your home or hotel within a 40 km radius of the airport. However, the service is not available for:

Yes, you can track your luggage through the SHJ Home Check-In app or our web booking portal Some SMS Messaging will also be available.
No, Home Check-In service does not include transport to the airport. Please contact your airline for airport transfer options.
No, but to aid your journey through the airport quickly and efficiently, the Al Diyafah Service is available for an extra cost.
Yes, depending on Airline policy, you can select your preferred seat when checking in with our agent. Additional charges may apply as per the airline’s policy.
Yes, you can pay for extras, including excess baggage and upgrades, at the time of check-in. Payment can only be made via credit card.
Yes, the service accommodates special baggage. Please ensure compliance with your airline’s baggage policy for such items.
Yes, changes can be made up to six hours before your scheduled collection time. For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled booking. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days and returned to the original payment card. If your bags have already been collected, no refund will be provided, and a fee of AED 40 per bag will be charged to return them to the original collection point. If your flight is rescheduled, we will ensure your bags are either transferred to your new flight or returned to you at a fee of AED 40 per luggage.
